The room was new-fashioned and compact with a view over garden. The staff team was very polite at any time. The location was great for walking around Carousel Shopping Center;)))

My thanksgiving holidays were overall enjoyable due to the friendly staff that offered me complementary snacks and drinks upon arrival. the hotel’s excellent location allowed me to easily explore multiple local malls and attractions nearby. My room was equipped with modern facilities and had a stunning view that I really enjoyed.

The rooms were well-appointed, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We also appreciated the in-room safe and free toiletries provided. The amenities were great, including a television with am/fm alarm clock, flat-screen TV, and a parquet floor. The dining options were also excellent, with delicious breakfast offerings. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable about the area, making our stay even more enjoyable. Wi-fi was reliable and there was a lift available for easy access to the rooms. we highly recommend this venue for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location was great, just a short walk away from a shopping mall and other local shops. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always available to assist us with anything we needed. The free wifi was also a plus and worked well during our stay.

Our room was changed without prior notice and our belongings were removed without our knowledge which was not ideal. the hotel may be difficult to find at first and it was a bit of a hassle to figure out the best way to get around the city.
